If you already work with us and have a friend, family member or ex-colleague who you think would fit right in with our new culture and values you can introduce them to the Syncoms family via the HR Team by:
Sending us a copy of their CV along with a covering letter form the candidate telling us why they think they are a potential Future Star. Please include:

Once we have their details logged and they have formally applied, we will track their progress and keep you up to date throughout the process.
We will then give you a voucher for £250 to be used with Syncoms brands and products for the first successful month they complete with us and a further £750 voucher when they complete their 3 month probationary period!
